What is the point of peer review in academic journals if an economic justification of rape, child rape and war crimes passes "peer review" at the International Journal of Law and Economics?

レイプ、児童レイプ、戦争犯罪を経済的に正当化するものが、International Journal of Law and Economicsで「査読」を通過するのであれば、学術雑誌における査読の意味はあるのでしょうか？
